I did really well yesterday! Maybe a little cheese heavy and not so well on the veggies (lots of broccoli but none otherwise) but nothing that was not on the induction menu. No real cravings of crazy daydreams yet, we shall see. I have a taste for hot chocolate at the moment but Im mkaing some peppermint tea with 1 pack of stevia so it should even out quick!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Learning to eat the veggies has always been hard for me....you are doing well for only day 3 and it appears that you have a winning combo as you have already lost 3 pounds.....yay!
