COuldn't believe when I stepped on the scale today but there is was 170! I guess this week was very busy with end of the school year stuff so not alot of time to eat

Really want to get to 150!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
