I've done a horrible job keeping my diary this weekend, but I guess I also didn't have time for anything horrible to eat, so down a half pound (of the two I found).
167.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
