Two more gone in spite of me. Moving over the weekend put me near bad choices but that's almost over. I badly need this fast day which is worthy of note, because the 2 has become my favorite part of the 5:2. It washes away the stain of my transgressions. Out damn spot. Let's go!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm finding IF to work well for me while I'm maintaining my weight during the summer. I'm having many mini transgressions myself!!

I look at your weight history and the downward trend is so consistent - fabulous! I also kind of like the fast days as I feel lighter in general and the small meals are so much easier to digest. However, I lose less than 1 lb on those days and recently gained 6 on the subsequent 2 days so I'm puzzled. Going to give it another week as there were other factors at play - hayfever, high temperatures and lack of A/C (which is now working). The great results you and others are having with 5:2 keeps me encouraged!

Trackin. I'm getting wild swings during my week especially when I weigh at noon after a fast day. Touched the 230's over the last week. I only count my Monday a.m. weigh in, but even my fluctuations are becoming patterned. I just ride it out. You're in thoughts and I wish you success.

Thanks everyone. I can't tell you how much I look forward to your input. I go back after a few days and reread your words for inspiration. Keep that just between us! Don't want to trash my rep and get the other cowboys making fun!

Hey Five Two, no worries on trashing your rep...we know you are a softy at heart like most of us... wink, wink :-) I use IF as a great equalizer against prior big calorie days and also to dislodge myself from a persistent plateau. Because of the "wild" weight swings, like you I don't log the highs or lows unless there is a change in my average weight by a pound or more.
