Much better results, I entered my food no matter how tired I was after work, and the days that I was entering it as I went I got better results. All in all, the week was pretty good. I will work on adding excerise to my diet.

Good job! I've been doing this for a year and I can now look back at my little graph of weight loss and the best performance is 100% linked to entering what I eat religiously.
I think it is about the state of mind it puts you in where you HAVE to pay attention to every single thing you eat, which you should be doing. I realized this was a habit I needed to encourage because I should NEVER go back to mindlessly shoveling food in my face :)
Anyway, nice job! Keep up the good work.
