Much better results, I entered my food no matter how tired I was after work, and the days that I was entering it as I went I got better results. All in all, the week was pretty good. I will work on adding excerise to my diet.

Well today and this weekend was terrible. It was very hard to stick to eating healthy, and today I feel like crap for allowing myself to be sidetracked by food that really wasnt that good. This week I will try harder( besides the 2 candy bars opps ). The weight needs to come off as it is getting harder and harder to walk with my bad ankle.

This week so far has been hard. I did not realize how much I crave sweets until I started cutting back on them. I also started cutting down on my soda intake. I do not have it completly under control yet and down to zero caffenie, But I have cut in down in half at least. The weekends seem to be easier with my husband here, cause I get the " why are you drinking that' look.. helps keep me a little on track. I am surprised that I lost so much so far so I will keep working hard and try to keep the focus on track.
