Thank you, warrenwinter, 0alnna0, and pandasmom! Somewhere (and I don't remember where), I got the notion that dropping pounds slowly would keep them off instead of yo-yoing on again. So I always tell myself to relax when it comes to the weight thing. And support from you guys helps me greatly, so thanks again!
