I am not new to fat secret, but I am trying to get back on track. We just got back from vacation and I was not good; hence, my increase in weight. My weight is now giving me problems, ie DM type 2 and I really need to work on it. I am trying to stick to Paleo or very low carb. My problem is I love sweets and if I stay up late, it triggers poor eating choices. I have started substituting vanilla yogurt for vanilla pudding which helps. I also hate to exercise, because at this weight, my knees and back kill me. I need help!

Walk! At a park, zoo, botanical garden, etc. walk while doing something fun so it doesn't seem like exercising. Soon your mind and body will be looking for the activity. The benefits are fabulous!

Thanks everyone, I finally figured out joining a gym was a waste of time (bc I didn't go!). I am trying to walk at least 1-2miles per day and I am feeling stronger.
