so I'm down 2 pounds. Worked pretty hard but did cheat a little here and there. Like a slice of pizza or scoop of ice cream but I trained harder too so it balanced out and I'm still down. I'll check back next week and hopefully be at 170 or below. Really gotta do this.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
