I was doing really well on here. Started lifting again and my body has been starving so I have been eating a little more than I was but it's time to get back in and ready for summer. wish me luck

so I'm down 2 pounds. Worked pretty hard but did cheat a little here and there. Like a slice of pizza or scoop of ice cream but I trained harder too so it balanced out and I'm still down. I'll check back next week and hopefully be at 170 or below. Really gotta do this.

So I am starting today with a weight of 177. I am planning to fight in the NJ Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament either mid Feb or early March at 165. I'be been watching my diet and training but every little bit helps.Here goes......
