Another kilo down..
started 16:8 fasting yesterday. so far so good.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Muneer 16:8 Intermittent Fasting is a method of eating where you only eat food in an 8 hour window and no food consumption in the other 16 hours. Google it for info :)
