This week so far has been hard. I did not realize how much I crave sweets until I started cutting back on them. I also started cutting down on my soda intake. I do not have it completly under control yet and down to zero caffenie, But I have cut in down in half at least. The weekends seem to be easier with my husband here, cause I get the " why are you drinking that' look.. helps keep me a little on track. I am surprised that I lost so much so far so I will keep working hard and try to keep the focus on track.
