Thanks guys! Not fasting only did 1 day but it was the kick in the butt I needed! Lol.. I have been starting my day with an avocado (the small ones 5 for a $1) ones, and lots and lots of coffee. Somehow it's become my newest go to, gives me energy I knew was hidden in there!
