thanks belliveau, smartygirlCA, John and Sugar. A donut fell in my mouth last night and it got washed down with Vine Smoothie Pineapple Coconut. I felt guilty about it hence the 24 fast. Why did I by a dozen donuts and brink to the house. I blame company that stayed over Saturday into Sunday.
