Friday is here and I am beating those demons on battle at a time. Here are my average daily numbers (all logged) for this Monday - Friday: Calories 1761.4, Carbs 29.5, Wine 1.2 glasses. Yes, red wine! I have lost x.x pounds since Monday alone and my energy is through the roof. Reading 3 books on my current strategy so I my knowledge armor is getting stronger. I will finish 2 of the 3 by Monday just in time to share my amazing results as well as the title of those books. Don't worry, two of the 3 books touched upon common mistakes/pitfalls people make/have and how to make the adjustments to avoid or deal with those mistakes/pitfalls. Game On!! By the way, the old me, the one from last Friday ate 251 carbs in ONE DAY. Who is that? Right now, I feel like a evil scientist creating a creature in his lab. Muhaha! Your inputs/suggestions and my actions are turning me into the person I need to be. Thanks everyone now and in advance. You rock!

Congrats Ches - sounds like you're fine-tuning it. BTW - I have been in the same boat on carb consumption; probably on most days I ate that much I just skipped logging it out of frustration. Keep up the great work!

Congratulations on finding a way of eating you want to try. Good luck! BTW, I'm in that carb range on most days. Losing weight and feeling good. It's all about the calories.

Dinner time already and I decided to ditch the wine and eat the chili and a little pork rinds. My calories are a little higher today, I think 1881 bit my avg carbs this week is 29.764. Exercising major self control and how to survive the weekend to make my FS family proud. Take care

BTW, the reason for this change is because the scale is screwing with my head tonight.

I dropped the wine at the beginning of January and it really made a difference. Now I just have it once a month .
