FINALLY! back below 210...

209.7 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

jerry my dear... did it ever occur to you that you are at the weight your body wants to be at.... I know mine is no matter what I do... but I do not let up just relax and enjoy my low carb way of eating... and keep on keepin' on..... RELAX... EAT LC.. DRINK WATER.. TAKE VIT'S AND MOVE blessings to you buddy

It's a principle thing...I decided when I hit the 215# mark (that put me in the upper end of "normal" for my height) that I wanted to be solidly in the middle range...and that's at 205#...even if I see it on the scale for only one morning (I jump on each day after my appropriate bathroom duties: pee, preen and prepare for the day). call me pig-headed, stubborn and obsessive... lol

Besides, my body wanted to be at 330...then 265...then 225...then 215 also.
