I havent went to bathroom in a few days i hope that is why i have weight gain
395.4 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 195.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It could be. Drink more water, eat some fruit and add more fiber. This should help get things moving along if you know what I mean. If not you may need to go to the doctor.

Try taking a magnesium supplement capsule with a cup of coffee or water. Works wonders. There's other things that you can eat like flax muffins or psyillum husks that would provide fibre. But, the magnesium seems to work the fastest and the best.

try some fiber in your coffee every morning.. I take a scoop of it daily in my coffee and or a glass of water. took a week and now everything runs smooth
