UGH I have not done well with my diet at all.... I have gained weight gradually rather than losing it... I truly need someone to be my weight loss buddy, any takers? I need some true support. =(
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'd have to ask the same question. Since I see that you're set to be doing "nayrairam's own diet", I assume you're counting calories, yet I see nothing at all in your food journal. I would recommend that you start utilizing it - it's an awesome tool. Start completely fresh, recalculate your RDI, and get into the groove of registering EVERYTHING you eat and drink, and make sure you drink MORE than PLENTY of water. :)

I'm going with kingkeld, keep track of your food with the journal. It's something my wife got on me about for awhile as I just didn't like the idea of food journals, but this site has some great tools and their food journal is really easy to use. Good luck!
