After a full week of workouts and clean eating (two days of under 500 calories), I am happy with the loss :) Muscle definition is really coming along well, so is cm loss.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
