I am back from my vacation and after eating so badly and exercising so little, I wasn't too surprised about the weight gain. I was back to gym yesterday and I did a fast day yesterday. I hope that everyone had a great week, its time for damage control and getting back on track.
143.1 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
