YES, you hang in there! Keep off the weight you've already lost--that totally counts!

While you are keeping your net carbs low, look to get no more than 10gms net carbs with any one meal, and I don't think you're creating any sort of deficit. Give it some time..in the meantime reduce the size of dinner, looks to be too heavy in calories.

just find your comfort zone. My carbs are below 10 or more most days, and I still don't loose as fast as I would like. we are all different.

I weighed in at 175 today then, lost a pound instantly, then gained 3 instantly within an hour, so my weigh in is 177? how? Oh yeah I drank- (3) 16.9 oz of bottled water in a row that totals 1.06 lbs each... just remember when you're fighting with that scale everything you eat or drink weighs something. Using a tape to record and track your measurements might suit your loss goals more effectively until you reach it. Just a positive thought. ;)

@FatWarrior so how many times a day do you weigh yourself. I weigh once a day. In the morning when I get up after I empty my so ever full bladder. Then I am only disappointed once instead of twice or more. haha That is how Dr. Atkins said to do it in his book, Diet Revolution.

@Sweet Georgia Peaches: I don't usually weigh myself , maybe once a week. Just to do a test yesterday or the day b4? (i forget) I weighed myself several times and posted about it due to the fact that there are some peeps who are down about weight not moving or, moving in the wrong direction which is really not their fault at all. I weighed after getting up @ 175 , then used the bathroom, weighed again lost a pound @ 174 , drank 3 16.9 oz of zepherhills water which total 1.06 lbs a piece, then weighed again I weighed 177 and was starting my 4th bottle. later I did some HIIT with my arms only as my legs are toast,(read last journal entry) then later that night, I ate , I weighed before that, @ 175 (i used the bathroom a lot) then, weighed in after eating at 178, which is about right, I had a big meal and drinks. late night snack and my usual tbs of coconut oil . I woke up and weighed today in at 175, which means I lost weight,I did not use the bathroom other than #1 so. I lost weight, now, I'm drinking my bulletproof coffee and waters, so,If I go weigh in, I'll be heavier than 175 again. So, TO ME, just so we are clear ,this is for me guys' & gals' scales are evil things they will tell you what you weigh true but anything you put or that leaves your body effects it greatly and they are brutally honest no, support from them at all lol And honestly If I watched the scale all the time I'd get frustrated and stop. So, S.G.Peaches to answer your question out right, I don't usually weigh in maybe once a week usually on a Saturday after a full week of working out which starts on Sunday evenings. I am holding at 175 and getting stronger so I'm gaining muscle and displacing fat. This is where I want to be. :)
