Took a walk today. Sinus infection is making me nauseated. Afraid I am not going to be getting my calories in with my face hurting like this. My Dr is on vacation until next week.
302.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 157.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
