Well, I likely over-indulged on Friday evening, and a beer and glass of wine yesterday should also have been avoided. Back in the gym today, and today is Feb 1 - so starting the "Rock the Squat" challenge.

The journey continues.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
