Feeling defeated. Unsure if I have the strength to do this.

If your here, than you have some kind of desire to lose weight and get healthy. As you get older, extra weight can hinder your health more and more. Start making small changes you can live with. There's a magazine on the shelf's now called "Off the Couch". It's very motivational. Get some fitness magazines. Read nutritional articles. Do things that will help motivate you. Once you get started and start losing, you will feel so good. That feeling can keep you going. Good luck!
