No idea how it happened. I was just broken up with so I've been super down and off schedule all weekend. Not sure how I got the drop but I guess I'll take it.
224.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stress can do that to us! Take care of yourself! Do things to make you feel good about yourself. Take a new exercise class. By a new workout outfit. Get your nails done, etc.
