Been doing the low carb thing and coconut oil coffee. I started coconut oil coffee in November and at thanksgiving had lost 3 pounds. It is now 2 weeks post thanksgiving and I've lost another pound!

I'm hoping to keep this up... I'm sure I will. Ive lost a total of 4 pounds... last week I had a bit of an issue...but I did work out all weekend long due to the shopping day I had w/ Maria!

I've been a lot more active due to Christmas decorations, and shopping... who knew... at Christmas you could loose weight and money... LOL
176.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
