Goofing off. Time for the bulletproof coffee.

Espresso... quad = 4 so 4 shots of espresso in one cup. I gave up coffee because I heard it was bad for me.

They also say fat is bad for you. And I remember all the uproar when a diabetic used to go into ketosis, they did everything they could to stop it, when in actuality, it was their body trying to burn off their stored fat.

Yes, and coconut oil at one time was going to kill us all. Larry. I teach guitar and bass but when performing I love to sing. I have a little recording studio that I 'fiddle' around in. ;)

I think coconut oil is bad if you eat it as part of a high sugar diet, because then the calories will go to fat storage

Umm, it's not the coconut oil, it's the SUGAR that's bad for you.

BP has a good fat :) + it gives you energy. I usually have a cup before my runs.

I've had four pots of Dunkin' Donuts bag coffee so far today. Just finished the cup I had with dinner (four slices of ham rolled up with a dollop of sour cream and h-o-t salsa and a cup of green snap beans), I am in ketosis, hear me freakin' roar!
