I am so proud of myself! It's 35° out this morning and the last thing I want to do is get my butt out there and run. But I told myself to hush and just do it... and I did! Had to brag, thanks for listening guys. I couldn't have gotten this far without everyone's support. :-)
230.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love running in cold weather,, even down in the 20's ,, as long as the wind is not blowing like hell . good job

Thanks everyone! Yeah the run was not as bad as I thought it would be. Unfortunately where I am it's always windy!
