Just as I thought would happen...I gained from yesterday. :( How do you stay motivated when you don't see results? I'm having a tough time with this...

**TODAY'S MEALS**
BREAKFAST: Smoothie/Shake (Instant coffee + unsweetened cocoa powder + coconut extract + 2 Truvia packets + 1/2 scoop protein powder)
LUNCH:
DINNER:

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
30 Day Shred (12lb. weights/ea.)
135.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I currently do the "30 Day Shred" which has cardio in it. The workout is about 25 minutes long. I'll attempt to do more though. It's just hard for me to find extra time to do more, since I have a 1 1/2 year old, a 5 year old, and a 7 year old.

Don't worry about the day to day weigh in, keep on track and it will happen. Sometimes loss or gain doesn't make sense, your body is adjusting to your new activities. Look at how far you have come already! My journey has been a bumpy ride but has resulted in constant loss over time. When I get knocked down I get back up again. Hope you have a great Halloween, prepare yourself for the inevitable candy hit, then get back up again.

Do you drink enough water? Are you eating too little calories? Maybe google why the scale lies.
