Stayed the same weight...BUT...I was shocked about this because my friend invited my family to go to her mom's house for dinner AND go trick-or-treating with them. I had already had two meal replacement shakes, and some nilaga (beef bone soup with cabbage and carrots). I ended up eating some chocolates while going trick-or-treating AND eating what her mom made (cold chicken and pasta salad with mayo, roasted chicken, 3 jalapeno poppers, and chile; with two cups of strawberry horchata. BAD, I know! But I can't say no to her mom!!!) Anyway, I'm just relieved I didn't gain a bunch like I was expecting to. Thank you GOD!

**TODAY'S MEALS**
BREAKFAST: Green Tea Shake/Smoothie (12oz. decaf. green tea + 1/4c. Unsweetened Almond Milk + 2 packets Truvia + 1/4 scoop of meal replacement powder)
LUNCH:
DINNER:

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
Jillian Michael's "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" video (only managed to do 26 minutes. But I did manage to sweat, and my heart rate sure went up. Unfortunately, I DID take breaks in between, but no longer than a minute each time.)
135.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
