the scale is just one tool to measure success and it isn't always the best one. If you look and feel great then just keep doing what your doing. Also, look for hidden carbs/ calories in what your eating. Those always sneak up on me ! Your doing awesome sir! I wouldn't stress over it too much.

Are you hydrating enough? Cannot say it enough.... it can derail any loss.

Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. So you could be losing a handful of fat, but gaining a handful of muscle, and the muscle will weigh more than the fat.
Calories in are not calories in. Let me explain. 100 calories of coke vs 100 calories of almonds. Which is better for you? The almonds, of course! As long as you're putting the correct foods in your body, you're doing fine. As long as you're feeling good inside and with what you see in the mirror, you're doing fine. Don't let the scale tell you how you should feel. That's up to YOU. Keep it up, but don't give up! :)

I feel your frustration. I have been having the same problem. I am trying hard to focus on the way clothes are fitting but it's so frustrating when the scale goes up for what seems like no reason. Hang in there! I am hoping that one day the pounds I lose will stop finding me!

I have this same problem. my measurements haven't moved in a month but I unlike you cant say ive been good diet wise. i moved up to maintenance and it messed me up. One tip I can offer to you though that helped me was, change your routine. Instead of walking how about biking or gym or spinning or something. When I changed my routine my loss skyrocketed. Also, all calories are not created equal. Try re evaluating what your eating .. it may help. Good Luck Buddy !!

Thanks everyone. Chickie, no. Some days I don't input what I have eaten all day, I get a little busy and forget, or I'm not near a computer to log it in or I forgot my phone and didn't log it in.
