I am a 62 years old. I recently retired and am really looking forward to devoting more time to getting healthy. I love to work in my garden ride my bike, read mysteries, travel and cook. I'm plenty busy! I eat a low carb diet. I seem to have an intolerance and I didn't realize how carbs effected me until I went low-carb. I have so much more energy and a lot less pain. I don't know anyone else who eats low carb so sometimes it's kind of lonely.
