I expected the gain but it's still unpleasant. My granddaughter's wedding was Saturday and it was completely, family choreographed . . . food, decorations, dresses, music, etc. we were all involved. We ate! Then, there was my "blood moon" eclipse party for my friend and me. We ate! LOL! Anyway, I'm back at it. On Monday I weighed 241.8, so I've already lost a little of the splurge. Happy October to all my buddies!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
