I didn't realize that my weight in's and post's were set to private. Now that I'm public I can't wait to hear from the group and hope to make buddies with folks who have similar weight loss goals.

Thanks for your comment. It's hard to stay positive but I'm trying. Ate to much on Sunday, back on track today. If the horse bucks me off I've got to get right back on.
