Well, I just proved it to myself. When I don't eat quality food I get inflammation which shows up as extra weight. I went to Denny's Restaurant and ate half a plate of nachos as an appetizer and for lunch I had a chicken and sausage quesadilla. Not only was the quesadilla made with white flour tortilla, it is grilled with God's knows what kind of grease, and I was dipping it in ranch dressing. Later on in the evening I had 3 oreos and a handful of nuts. Now, the day after, I feel a bit groggy and upset. It's certainly not a good start to my weekend.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Does anyone know why inflammation shows up as extra weight? I tend to have the same problem from time to time.

Brinella. The body tends to clear things and protect itself by flooding the area with water.

Isn't it amazing how food can effect us? Now that we are aware of that we can try to control it! Hope the rest of your weekend was better!
