RoseFlorida's Journal, 12 July 2015

So tired today. Yesterday was a blast but it was a long day. I got to oil some of the firefighters up so hubby was wrong. He was laughing his hinney off at us last night. I got a ton of pics and videos and posted it to his facebook page. He even helped me get some of the video. I wasn't as bad on carbs as I could have been on my free food day. I did finally have one beer last night and a slice of pizza. The rest of the day was loaded cheese fries, dippin dots, and a bacon pretzel split 3 ways. I was hungry at the end of the night so that's where the pizza came in. The beer was a packed club in Ybor where we were, it tasted great and I am not a big beer person. This is going to be a LONG day at work with only 3 hours of sleep. :)
220.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
