This is going to be a crazy day. First Busch Gardens, then drop son off at my mom's, then dog training, then volunteer event. Today is also my free food day for the month. But I still won't have any sugar filled soda today, I lost my taste for it! Busch Gardens is usually water anyway, Florida heat and soda are not great ideas together.
Found out tonight is the voting for what guy will in be the calendar. It's the 2016 Hero calendar, not sure of the exact name yet. I'm hoping I'm the one who gets to escort them to the stage/around. :) I'll most likely end up pre-selling the calendars. I also volunteered to oil them up, my hubby was laughing. He said that's not a real thing and besides there would be a long line for it otherwise. I said don't worry I would win the right, he thought about it and agreed. And no, he is NOT worried even if I did oil them up. He would laugh his hinney off.
I will NOT be logging food tonight, free food day and amusement park food. I'm sure I won't be as bad as last time but I still want my bacon pretzel and maybe a beer. I have o remind myself that not all foods are worth it today and remember last month. Not always worth it!

Yes - it is not always worth it - consider portion control instead? Maybe half the bacon pretzel? which sounds yummy by the way! LOL

Back from Busch Gardens. Loaded cheese fries, dippin dots, and a bacon pretzel. Split them all 3 ways, the pretzel I even broke off an extra piece of to give to my son. Not as good as it used to be, the dippin dots in the sun were though. Loaded cheese fries were okay. Still have 1/2+ of my day to go. 9000 steps out of the way already. :)

The 'oiling up' part made me laugh! I think with all that activity, pretty much anything you eat today you will burn off! But you're so right, not all treats are worth it, and don't you find you've lost the taste for some of the things you used to love?

I won. I got to oil some of them up. (Spray on Pam) I got around 14,000 steps in. I have to check exactly how many yet. The event was great! I was a handler, yeppers! I was in the back with all the guys and the one girl. I got private shows all night and lots of pictures and video. Some I already texted to some the firefighters. They raised a lot of money tonight for a great cause (Homes for Heros and Hills. County firefighters ben. fund) We (a bunch of us) got to see everything onstage front row, no fighting for a spot. We did a lot more but that was the fun part. :) Great day and night!!! I had a beer there and then we grabbed a quick slice. Thankfully it was in Ybor and everything is still open at 11 on Saturday.
