yesterday I have cake and pizza for my birthday. Pizza is my weakness if it is in the house i will eat it.
270.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you should try kashi pizza.. it is pretty good and scratches that itch for way less calories. A whole pizza is like 700 calories.. depending on the pizza. So a pizza here or there on a Friday night really does the trick. You could also eat a huge salad first then follow it with the pizza.

Well, not to sound harsh, and hope you enjoyed your birthday, but your celebration day is over... and now it's time to face facts. You need to get rid of some of this extra weight, begin to focus on daily exercise, and straighten out your dietary choices to line up better with a Diabetic way of eating. The sooner you begin to educate yourself, the less damage that will be going on internally. If pizza in the house is a weakness.. throw it out! But stick coffee grounds or something all over it so you won't go get it back!!! I'm totally serious. You have a future... what do you want it to look like? You have the opportunity NOW to grab ahold of this thing and work on fixing it... or you can slide... right into a future of misery health wise. It's up to you???

Why don't you try to bake your own one ?! I will upload soon a recipe for my one :) Wholegrain to keep your sugar down and low and calories. Lots of veggies !!! :) Did you know veggies is full of fibre and fibre is helping your metabolism to work more effective :)
