Well, not to sound harsh, and hope you enjoyed your birthday, but your celebration day is over... and now it's time to face facts. You need to get rid of some of this extra weight, begin to focus on daily exercise, and straighten out your dietary choices to line up better with a Diabetic way of eating. The sooner you begin to educate yourself, the less damage that will be going on internally. If pizza in the house is a weakness.. throw it out! But stick coffee grounds or something all over it so you won't go get it back!!! I'm totally serious. You have a future... what do you want it to look like? You have the opportunity NOW to grab ahold of this thing and work on fixing it... or you can slide... right into a future of misery health wise. It's up to you???
