201.4 lbs this morning. The workweek challenge this week with my fitbit friends was a good motivator and sure helped getting me going back down again. Schmetterling34 (Tina) topped everyone with 88,666 steps Monday thru Friday - way to go Tina! It's another rainy day here today so will be working around inside the house and get my workout from the total gym and/or exercise bike. Sunday will be a picnic with my kids/grandkids, I think at this point I can make reasonable food choices and not sabotage myself but the proof is in the puddin'. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
201.4 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

jmb3450 you are the most motivated person and you are always so encouraging to all of us! What a great weigh in! Do you think you should put the Fitbit challenge on this site? Can't wait til I get mine on Tuesday.
