i didn't expect a drop today. I ate like a horse 🐎 or pig 🐖 yesterday 🤣 I had tons of cream cheese, butter, a pack of bacon, and a filet with butter and mushrooms. A few macadamia nuts, too. 🥓🥓🥓🥩🥩🥩🧈🧈🧈🧀🧀🧀🥜🥜🥜 I drank lots of water. I usually don't load on the fat when trying to lose. AND I DID SAY I'm going to cut back on the cheese. (I needed to get rid of it- hehe). Soooooo, I'll consider this another half pound melted away. yeeee haw! let's go!
128.5 lb Lost so far: 101.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
