Maintaining a low number...that's good. But I still need to stay on top of making better food decisions. I can't fall off the path just because the numbers on the scale don't go down everyday.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
