I am soooooo stinkin' close to the next weight bracket!! New jeans here I come!!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1644 kcal Fat: 37.16g | Prot: 113.65g | Carb: 133.18g.   Breakfast: Mushrooms, Fat Free Hazelnut Creamer, Coffee, Canadian Bacon, The Amazing Egg - Cholesterol & Fat Free. Lunch: s&w tomato sauce, s&w tomato paste, whole wheat bun, ground turkey, green peppers, onions, Balsamic Vinaigrette, garden fresh garden classic salad. Dinner: Flame Grilled Chicken Breast, Skinless, Flame Grilled Chicken Thigh, garden fresh garden classic salad, Maple Grove Farms Dressing Poppyseed Fat Free, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar. Snacks/Other: Merlot Wine, pear, hillshire farm smoked ham, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey , Peach, Chobani Peach, BANANA, gala apple. more...
