I went on a first date yesterday and the first thing she said was “Wow! You’re fit!” I couldn’t believe it. When someone you’ve never met gives a compliment like that it means so much. FS is my secret weapon lol! Thanks everyone for your support.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Woo-hoo! This gives me hope. I’m 48 and have never been on a date. My weight has been the #1 factor in this. I am so happy you got a genuine compliment for your hard work!

Walnut Keeper it’s a marathon. Take a year or even two to get to 200 if you have to. Train your brain to crave healthy food and it will become a part of life. The dates will come naturally like the weight loss. I promise
