There is no reason for this gain, but it's time I log it and start the week fresh. My weekly is to lose 2 by next week. let's do it!!! I need to move more this week. I haven't lost anything this month, which is very odd. I guess it's my body doing its thing! Time to trick it up.
146.5 lb Lost so far: 83.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Although your goals are your own personal choice, I think you look great at your current size! Maybe your body thinks so too and has begun fighting for homeostasis. 🤷‍♀️ You've lost a tremendous amount of weight this year! 👏 Not everyone is meant to weigh a certain number or be a certain size. We all have different bone structures, muscle mass, etc. Ultimately, that's up for you & every cell in your body to decide though. Have a great day, Jen!

ZENUS, thanks. I really do need 20 more pounds of fat off. I'm in between sizes and I don't want to buy new clothes. For my knees and heart I do need them off. It just might take a few more months. I appreciate your support! I'm still fat under those clothes and roly poly 😊
