I weighed in today officially. Weight is the same as the past few weeks but right now I have a little motivation so should be good for this week. We'll see. Logging and measuring and sticking to some plan.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
