Thanks wyo! My triglycerides were high on the blood test this week (177). Drs appointment next week. May go on meds unfortunately. I thought the weight loss would do it but it’s not working. I don’t add more than 3-5 tsp of sugar a day and take omega 3s. 177 is high but not crazy.

My blood tests showed them high as well. I'm trying to limit red meat, shrimp and eggs until my next blood test.

Fritzy. Sounds like a plan. My alkaline phosphate was low as well 43. 44 is in range. Platelets were 135 which is low. 150 is in range

I don't think my doctor orders the other lab tests for me. But I'm not sure, I look at the results online and only notice anything out of range. Last time is was minimal cholesterol levels and really low Vitamin D.Your results don't sound bad, but I don't know anything!
