BMI 25.71 which according to those people is ideal. I was close to 30.0 when I started last year so all in all the 25lbs I’ve lost is something I can truly feel. Brutal honesty about caloric intake was the biggest single thing that worked. Exercise was secondary.

Nicely done. 👏👏👏 That was my experience, too. The battle over weight was won in the kitchen and not the gym. Or, in my case, on the ski trail 😉
