Down 1.5kg this week! Really happy with that after the Easter weekend. but hoping the rest of this week burns some more. Just found out that whey powder has more carbs than protein, so going to cut that out of my protein shakes and smoothies... This app really helps me to tweak my diet and keep going strong.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
