I think I’m going pescatarian. I don’t need chicken except for bone broth. It feels right.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it works for you, go for it. It can be a really healthy way to eat. I've gone pescetarian as well, also keeping dairy and eggs minimal.

I eat 50 grams of cheese a day and less than 4 ozs of milk on average.

I changed diets a few times on my weight loss journey. Gotta find the magic one: tastes good, healthiest, easiest to follow/prep for, fits the $ budget. You may find you don't even need the bone broth, as fish has plenty of protein.
