Started yesterday with my Banting lifestyle its time to life up ans shape up!!!! I have gained kg exactly a year ago...now time to loose all again and more :)
233.7 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
